Protein Packed Pannies!

Today was my first attempt at protein pancakes and it was actually and suprisingly successful.

Ingredients:

2 scoops Vanilla formula 1

2 scoops Vanilla PDM

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup egg whites

topped them off with fresh berries and a bit of syrup!

1 tablespoon coconut oil (so the pannies don’t stick to the skillet)

mix, pour, flip and enjoy!

makes 2-3 pancakes.

In Lou of Feburary being my birth month I would like to share my favorite shake recipe! 

Birthday Cake Shake

2 scoops vanilla healthy meal

2 scoops vanilla PDM

Capful vanilla extract

1 squirt of white chocolate syrup 

Dash of vanilla, cheesecake and lemon pudding mix 

1 cup almond milk 

1 cup ice 

Blend and enjoy!
